Peace starts within us, with feeding our body gentle, peaceful foods that is essentially a whole foods plant-based diet. Then it goes on with thinking warm, light, forgiving thoughts that in turn create gentle, healing emotions. Doing so provides the soul a loving, happy home. Only when we unite our body, mind and soul, we achieve inner peace, which is also the foundation for self-love, and can share and inspire peace and love in others.
